Fireworks are terrible for our environment, they let off an outrageous amount of air pollution in a short amount of time.
Fireworks colors come from metal salts, but different colours include different chemicals
such as red fireworks use strontium carbonate.
There are many more chemicals being used for fireworks which makes them do bad for the environment.
